Payment & Changes
A £50 deposit amount is required to confirm your reservation. Your reservation is not confirmed until the deposit is paid. The deposit is non-refundable at any point after payment.
Full payment is due at least one calendar month prior to your party. If payment is not received, your booking will be considered cancelled and you will not be entitled to a refund of the deposit amount.
We will email you an invoice with the information you require to make a BACS payment. We do not currently accept card payments.
If you cancel your party outside one calendar month, you will be entitled to a full refund minus your deposit amount. If you cancel your party inside one calendar month you are not entitled to a refund.
You are entitled to transfer the balance of your payment (minus the deposit) to another date. This must be advised within 2 weeks of cancellation and re-booking will be subject to availability.
Group numbers can be changed up to one calendar month before the event but please note that our minimum payment is for 8 guests, even if less are attending.
On the day
We want you to enjoy yourselves as much as possible and understand the fact you have booked a fun weekend. However, as a Madame Peaches client you are expected to behave in a safe and courteous manner at all times.
You also agree to ensure that all members of the party act at all times in a safe responsible manner and comply with all safety procedures.
You must ensure you arrive on time for your party as failure to keep to the timetables may result in either discontinuation of the event or cancellation of the event. Your group must obey all instructions given to you by your teacher and dress appropriately for your activities and observe all safety instructions given by the teacher. You must also agree to use equipment as instructed. You must not tamper with or abuse it.
Madame Peaches teachers reserve the right not to teach a class whereby it is deemed that some of the participants are unfit to take part in an activity of a physical nature due to excess consumption of alcohol or other such substances and we will not be liable for any refund, compensation or any costs that may be incurred by you.
You also agree to compensate our contractors or us for any damage or loss of revenue caused by you in the course of an event. This will include any intentional damage or damage arising from unreasonable behaviour to suppliers’ equipment, machinery, furnishings (including hotels) and public areas within the facilities used by you. The management of our suppliers have the right to refuse ongoing services or entry to their premises to any individual whose behaviour is in their sole opinion inappropriate.
If for any reason a client’s session is cut short (e.g. lateness of the staff, or venue delay) and they do not receive their full class time we will only be able to refund for the actual class time that was lost. Please rest assured that if ever a class is delayed for reasons owing to us, all efforts are made on the day to ensure that the group receives their full experience with us.
We unfortunately cannot offer any further refunds beyond the total paid – ie for commission lost, travel or expenses incurred or any memorabilia/ fancy dress that the group may have purchased to coincide with their event.
Madame Peaches has a minimum age for participants of 16 years for Burlesque, Body Painting, Life Classes, Tantalise & Tease, and Dominatrix Lesson. As many of our parties take place in premises that have a minimum age requirement of 18, you will need to let us know if you have any under 18’s at the time of booking to ensure we can secure a suitable venue. All bar crawl guests must be 18 years old and must bring photo ID as we cannot be responsible for refused admission on this basis.
If a complaint arises about your session you must in the first instance bring this to your teachers attention. If you fail to mention any such incidents or issues we will not consider ourselves to be liable for those complaints. All concerns must be forwarded in writing to us within 7 days after your event. We will acknowledge receipt of your correspondence and we will respond to all complaints in written format within 28 days.
Except where otherwise expressly stated in these booking conditions, we regret we cannot accept liability or pay compensation where the performance or prompt performance of our contractual obligations is prevented or affected by or you otherwise suffer any damage or loss as a result of “force majeure”. In these booking conditions, “force majeure” means any event, which we or the supplier of the service(s) in question could not,
even with all due care, foresee or avoid. Such events may include war or threat of war, riot, civil strife, terrorist activity, industrial dispute, natural or nuclear disaster, adverse weather conditions, fire and all similar events outside our control.
