Changes to numbers
If you would like to add more people to your booking – please let us know as soon as possible and usually this will be no problem.
If additional guests wish to participate on the day, where possible, we will try to accommodate this. We will advise you on how additional payments can be made on the day depending on the activities that you have booked.
If you wish to cancel places with 14 or less days notice you are not entitled to a refund. If you cancel places with 15 or more days notice, you will be entitled to a full refund minus the 50% deposit per person.
Where this is a set price (rather than a per person price) the set price will be divided by the number of guests to determine a per person deposit amount.
